Justice Boahen

Mr. Justice Boahen is an astute corporate executive with experience in banking, finance, management, and credit advisory. He is the Country Executive for Gemcorp. Justice was the Managing Director of Consumer Finance Savings & Loans Limited prior to its merger with Bayport Financial Services, now Bayport Savings and Loans Ltd.  Before joining CFC Savings & Loans, he worked at Universal Merchant Bank as a Senior Manager (Corporate Development) and subsequently became the General Manager in charge of Corporate and Institutional Banking where he was involved in the formulation and development of market-focused strategies targeted at the bank’s clients. He had prior to Merchant Bank, held many positions including Head of Operation for Leasafric Ghana Limited and Corporate Manager at ADB Bank.

Mr. Justice Boahen is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics, MPhil. (Economics), and MBA (Financial Management) from the University of Ghana, University of Oslo, and the University of Exeter respectively.
